What does Online Yoga Teacher Training cost?

Our Online Yoga Teacher Training costs $1,999. You can choose to pay it as a lump sum or pay it in 4 instalments of $550. What does our Online Yoga Teacher Training consist of?

Just like our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, the course consists of five parts:

In the first part of the course, you will learn about the different yoga techniques, which you will train and practice based on our video recordings. You will also be instructed in how to teach the various techniques.

The second part of the course is spent on the actual teaching itself. Here you will learn, among other things, four different teaching tools and we talk about how you can meet your yoga students’ needs.

On the third part of the course you will be introduced to the anatomy and physiology of yoga.

 

The fourth part of the course is about the philosophy behind yoga. Here we go over the history of yoga, along with various writings, theories, lifestyle and ethics.

The fifth and final part of our Yoga Teacher Training course is mostly practical. This is where you try teaching yoga and are given feedback on your teaching
