Do you want to attend a short structured course to explore your potential with Yoga yet still gives you the time to enjoy the day and explore the island?
Bringing the essentials of Yoga techniques and understanding together in these weekly half day yoga immersions, you can experience a wider range of practices that you will enjoy with body, mind and spirit, through healthy challenges and coming to a state of balance and peace within yourself.
These 6 days will also give you a real reset for your health and way of seeing things that will serve you on your journey for the rest of your life.
We start the morning with meditation where you get to immerse yourself into a space of focus and pure self, enjoying quietness and stillness in meditation.
Then follow a Hatha Yoga practice that will open up your body and energetic channels. It will strengthen and stabilise your body and you become more capable and intelligent in how you move with greater freedom and lightness.
You will be amazed at how you feel after just a week of this practice. After the yoga practice, there is a break where we enjoy a fresh juice, smoothie or coconut together.

Single day: 400 Baht
Single Yoga Session 1.5 hours 200 Baht
The full course and single day pass includes one fresh juice, smoothie or coconut during the break
